Shipping Location
We currently deliver to all serviceable postal codes within India. At this time, delivery outside India is not available.

Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after confirmation. This timeline does not include weekends or public holidays. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery period is between 3 to 8 business days, always ensuring prompt arrival of your selected items.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to our facility. You may contact us to coordinate another delivery attempt.

Damaged or Lost Shipment
If a product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the concern. For missing shipments, we will coordinate with our delivery partner and, after verification, provide either a replacement or a refund.
