Pre-Shipment Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs first. To do so, please contact us through email. If the cancellation is eligible, the entire amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Post-Dispatch Orders
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, after delivery, you may initiate a return based on the terms outlined in our return and refund policy.
Order Modification
We do not allow changes to ordered items or shipping details once the order has been confirmed. If the order qualifies, you may cancel it and place a new one instead.
