Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- A return request must be initiated within 48 hours from the time of delivery. To begin a return, contact our customer team within this window.
- Products that do not meet the stated return criteria will not be eligible.
Steps to Return an Item
- Step 1: Submit a Request

- Step 2: Provide Visual Proof
If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please include clear images showing the issue to help us process the request effectively.

Refund Process & Timeline
